In our last article, we convinced you that you need to get your home freshened up for those backyard spring and summer BBQ’s and you have planned to have some pressure washing done.
Now, what is the best way to prepare ahead so that you get the best bang for your buck?
Here a few things you can do ahead of time before having your home washed, even if you are planning to do it yourself:
- Remove screens from your windows; if the screens are left in, the windows will not be able to be washed nearly as well
- Move items off of your deck or patio and away from your siding to get the best clean of those areas
- Move anything that can’t get wet (for example patio cushions)
- Clean up anything that might be tripped or slipped on (especially anything smelly that Fido has left in the yard….)
By preparing ahead of time you can ensure that the finished product is a sparkling clean home.
